Who May Avail of the Service?
1. Applicant who has valid certificate of registration/professional license as a teacher from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) seeking to be appointed to a Teacher I Position.
2. Qualified applicant who has valid professional license issued by the Philippine Regulation Commission and who meets the requirements of the evaluation /selection process.
3. Bonafide resident of the barangay, municipality, city, or province as evidenced by the Personal Data Sheet and Voter’s ID.
4. List of candidates who obtained an over-all score of 70 points and above based on the criteria provided in the hiring guidelines for Teacher 1 Position.

3. Certified photocopy of PRC certificate of registration/license
